The pit bulls were euthanized, but their owners pled not guilty to assault and other charges.

Frantz Cesar, aged 24, was charged with weapon possession and endangering life of a child, when he allegedly released two dogs that attacked his girlfriend’s three-year old son, named Kamar Reynolds.

Kamar was bitten badly on the face and neck by the two dogs and they teared off his ear which was dangling after the bite.

Reynolds was admitted to Bellevue Hospital where he underwent a surgery to re-attach his ear.

Frantz Cesar, aged 24, was charged with weapon possession and endangering life of a child, when he allegedly released two dogs that attacked his girlfriend’s three-year old son, named Kamar Reynolds.

Kamar was bitten badly on the face and neck by the two dogs and they teared off his ear which was dangling after the bite.

Reynolds was admitted to Bellevue Hospital where he underwent a surgery to re-attach his ear.

The police commissioner told that incident happened after a dispute between the boy’s mother, Keisha Diamond and her boyfriend Cesar.

The dogs were reported as extremely aggressive in nature, and were deliberately left loose to attack the toddler.

The dogs were caught by Animal Care and Control.

He could have been even more serious if hi neighbor had not heard the attack who then using a knife chased the dogs away, but this was not before the dogs had severely injured Piotrowski.

Local residents said the dogs’ owner should be held responsible.

According to McNair’s friend, Anthony Mahoney, feels the dogs, must have been provoked causing them to attack like they did.

According to McNair’s friend, Anthony Mahoney, feels the dogs, must have been provoked causing them to attack like they did.

The dogs were tracked down at McNair’s house and were tranquilized by animal care and control. Late in the day, the dogs were tested for rabies.

McNair was previously a sex offender. He was released from prison in 2004 after serving time on a third degree rape charge.

McNair is expected to be called before court on Thursday morning.

He was viciously attacked by two young pit bulls and sustained severe wounds to his arms an legs. He was immediately rushed to the Richmond University Medical Center where his condition is said to be critical. He has sustained serious personal injuries as the result of this attack.

The neighbor, Reginald Bell, came to victims help, and chased the dogs away waving a butcher knife. He said that he was shocked to see the attack and it was like lions attacking a gazelle.

The dogs, two males between 1 and 2 years old, were corralled and were taken to a shelter in Brooklyn Animal Care and Control Center. They will be tested to determine if they had rabies.

The authorities are considering to charge the dog’s owner as the dogs were never on a leash. Investigators are trying to determine how these pit bulls entered the victim’s yard, which was separated by a fence.

No arrests have been made so far, but police is still questioning the owners of pit bulls.
