A minivan resulted in car accident pile-up which left seven injured on Staten Island, New York Thursday night.

The victims include a young pedestrian who has received serious injuries in the accident. He was taken to Staten University Hospital, NY along with six others which includes driver of the minivan.

Police are probing whether the driver was drunk and might have been driving under influence (DUI).

No charges have been filed so far against the driver.

The Brooklyn Pastor’s Grandson died after receiving serious injuries during a car accident.

The hospital authorities in Pennsylvania told that D.J. Wright, 14, died from his serious injuries. He was the grandson of Brooklyn Pastor Timothy Wright.

State Police of Pennsylvania told that their car was struck by a driver who was going the wrong way. Among those killed in the crash includes Mr.Wright’s wife, co-pastor Betty and their grandson. The driver of the other car, 44-year-old John Pick also died in this car accident.

Thirteen people were arrested yesterday morning for false insurance claims in fake car accidents.

The police reported that the insurance scam head would stage a fake car accident after packing his cohorts in two sets of cars and then stage a minor accident. The supposed “victims” would then seek medical attention for illusive maladies from Bronx clients. The clinics’ employees would bill car insurance companies for bogus billings and treatments.

Police said that ringleader was paid between $1,500 and $2,500 for each fake accident by the clinic where the assumed “victims” were sent for treatment. In turn, the victims [...]

A 25 year old was shot to death following an argument stemming from a car accident.

Police reported that shots were fired on Saturday morning near White Plains Road and Morris Park Avenue in Van Nest, in the Bronx, New York.

Police reported that the victim was making a U-turn and hit another car. Two people from that car came out and altercation broke out between them. Two shots were fired at the 25 year-old and he was taken to Jacobi Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Ten people were seriously injured after an SUV jumped a curb in Manhattan, New York this Friday afternoon.

Rescue personnel told that SUV car ran onto the sidewalk just after 5:00 pm on the eastern side of 7th Avenue.

Three were injured as an impact of this car accident and were taken to Bellevue Hospital. Among those injured, one is in critical condition whereas the other is in stable condition.

Three others were taken to St. Vincent’s, whereas four refused any medical help. Two others received minor injuries.

Six Manhattan pedestrians were struck while they were walking on a sidewalk at the intersection of Rutgers Street and Madison Street. This accident was reported from lower Manhattan, New York.

A car struck six pedestrians on a sidewalk at the intersection of Rutgers Street and Madison Street in lower Manhattan early this afternoon.

The six injured were taken to Bellevue Hospital. Two are in critical conditions while four of them suffered minor injuries as an impact of this car accident.

As of 1 p.m., two were said to be in critical condition and four sustained minor injuries.
