Granger was also arrested in a similar crime fourteen years ago, and was charged with three counts of attempted murder after he stabbed several people.
The suspect didn’t knew his victim and the woman was attacked while she was strolling along with her daughter who escaped unhurt in this stabbing incident.
The victim, who was hospitalized after the attack, is said to be in stable condition.
