Gas Station Attendant Shot Dead in Queens, NY Gas Station

(Queens, NY, July 27, 2010 )On Sunday morning, a migrant from Pakistan named Nadeem Khan was shot dead at the Queens gas station. He was working on an overnight shift at the Mobil station in Flushing.

The CCTV camera captured pictures of two masked men entering the 133-11 Roosevelt Avenue station at around 1.40 am and firing several gunshots on his chest. Bronx, NY Tornado

Bronx, NY, July 26, 2010 - The National Weather Service has confirmed that a tornado touched down in the Riverdale section of the Bronx Sunday during a powerful thunderstorm that knocked down dozens of trees and damaged several cars and buildings.

A National Weather Service storm damage team and the New York City Office of Emergency Management surveyed the damage Monday and determined that it is consisted with an EF1 tornado.

The inspectors saw tornado damage along a path of about sixth-tenths of a mile from the Hebrew Home for the Aged on Palisades Avenue, according to the NWS. The tornado proceeded [...]

A Brooklyn jury returned a verdict for Bouazo Kouho, a security guard who ran inside a Trump Village apartment complex to put out a fire.
